ree

List of Ingredients

• 1/2 cup (113g) butter (or coconut oil for dairy-free)

• 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar

• 1/4 cup (50g) brown sugar (for extra chewiness)

• 2 large eggs

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

• 1/3 cup (30g) cocoa powder

• 1/4 teaspoon salt

• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

• 1/4 cup (30g) almond flour

• 1/4 cup (25g) oat flour

• 2 tablespoons (14g) coconut flour

• 1/2 cup (90g) chocolate chips (optional but recommended)

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8x8-inch baking pan.

2. In a large bowl, melt the butter (or coconut oil) and stir in the granulated and brown sugars until smooth.

3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract. Whisk until well combined.

4. Stir in the cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder until evenly mixed.

5. Add the almond flour, oat flour, and coconut flour. Mix just until the batter is smooth and well incorporated.

6. Fold in chocolate chips, if using.

7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.

8. Bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

9. Let cool before cutting into squares. Enjoy!
