1. Food
[ ] Switch to organic produce (especially Dirty Dozen)
[ ] Eliminate processed foods with artificial ingredients
[ ] Choose grass-fed, pasture-raised, hormone-free meat & dairy
[ ] Reduce sugar, seed oils, and synthetic additives
2. Water
[ ] Install a high-quality water filter (e.g., Berkey, Clearly Filtered, RO)
[ ] Avoid bottled water in plastic (especially when exposed to heat)
[ ] Install a shower filter to reduce chlorine & heavy metals
3. Personal Care Products
[ ] Replace deodorant (choose aluminum-free)
[ ] Switch to fluoride-free, SLS-free toothpaste
[ ] Replace body lotion, shampoo, conditioner with clean versions
[ ] Switch to clean makeup & sunscreen (no oxybenzone, fragrance)
[ ] Use EWG, Think Dirty, or Yuka to check product safety
4. Cleaning Products
[ ] Switch to non-toxic all-purpose cleaner
[ ] Replace laundry detergent with a fragrance-free or non-toxic brand
[ ] Use natural dish soap
[ ] Avoid bleach and ammonia
[ ] Try DIY cleaners (vinegar, baking soda, Castile soap, essential oils)
5. Air Quality
[ ] Buy an air purifier with HEPA filter[ ] Open windows daily for air flow
[ ] Add air-purifying indoor plants
[ ] Stop using air fresheners, plug-ins, and synthetic candles
[ ] Use beeswax or soy candles with essential oils
6. Cookware
[ ] Get rid of non-stick/Teflon pans
[ ] Use stainless steel, cast iron, glass, or ceramic cookware
[ ] Replace plastic cooking utensils with wood or silicone
7. Plastics & Packaging
[ ] Store food in glass or stainless steel containers
[ ] Stop microwaving food in plastic
[ ] Use reusable silicone or beeswax wraps
[ ] Minimize use of plastic water bottles and bags
8. Clothing & Fabrics
[ ] Choose organic or OEKO-TEX certified clothing
[ ] Wash all new clothes before wearing
[ ] Replace sheets & pajamas with organic or non-toxic options
[ ] Avoid synthetic 'wrinkle-free' or 'stain-resistant' fabrics
9. EMFs & Digital Wellness
[ ] Don't sleep with phone next to your head
[ ] Use airplane mode when phone is not in use
[ ] Limit Bluetooth devices near your body
[ ] Use speakerphone or wired headphones for calls
